GUN, the MTV EMA-winning Scottish band, arrives in Portugal with the Hombres Tour on October 26, 2024, to perform at the Hard Club in Porto.
GUN, formed in Glasgow in 1987 and gained momentum after signing to A&M Records in 1988. Initially known as Blind Allez and Phobia, they released their debut album Taking On The World in 1989, featuring the single "Better Days". This initial success led them to tour with big bands like The Rolling Stones and Bon Jovi. Despite initial lineup changes, the band's core spirit remained strong, with notable albums such as Gallus (1992) and Swagger (1994), the latter featuring its hit cover of Cameo's "Word Up."
